Delivery Charges

We will always aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, unless a fast tracked delivery service is selected, though do let us know if you have a particular deadline and we will endeavour to meet it. Please contact hello@artcadia.co.uk for any such requests.

Domestic Shipping

We have a relatively flat shipping structure and make all efforts to ensure the pricing is fair - we don't seek to profit from getting your products to you in the safest and most secure manner.

Below are all the available domestic shipping rates

• 1st Class Royal Mail signed for service on all products: £4.50
• 2nd Class Royal Mail signed for service on all products: £3.50
• Free standard (2nd Class) service for orders totalling over £50
• We have a low cost option if only one to two greetings cards are selected, which offers a 1st Class Standard (non tracked) charge of just £1.
• Next Day Delivery Tracked Service. Artcadia will use their discretion to select the most suitable provider when this option is selected, be it Royal Mail or alternative couriers such as Hermes or UPS: £7.95
• Collect in Store - Free: We appreciate at the moment this is a bit of a challenge during the national lockdown currently in place until the 2nd December 2020. If you select this option then we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection, or if you live within 3 miles or so from our store, we will be doing weekly trips to deliver local orders.

Overseas Shipping

We do offer overseas shipping, and will generally use Royal Mail for these services, though Artcadia will use its discretion to select the most suitable provider. Any order placed overseas will be presented with any of the following options, alongside their respective charges:

• Greetings Card only - if you order 1 or 2 cards then you can select this low cost standard shipping option.
• Small Parcel up to 1kg, either standard or tracked.
• Small Parcel up to 2kg, either standard or tracked.
